Sustainable business with sustainable business cards

Being a serial entrepreneur has it’s difficult sides. A lot of times I’m connecting clients from one company to the other because I know we can help them their as well but giving them two or three business cards isn’t always a good way to connect. That’s why I decided a few months ago to take my personal brand to the next level. Today my personal business cards came in. They contain all the details people need from me including my personal Twitter account and a QR Code to my brand new domain pointer martijn.ac. The cards are printed on a very sustainable paper made of bamboo and recycled paper. In a 50/50 combination the materials are mixed into the Conqueror Bamboo paper which holds the FSC Mixed Sources certificate. Here’s why we choose for bamboo paper; a normal tree takes five years before it can be used for the paper production. Bamboo takes only one year and uses way less sources and space. By shirking the cards to half of the size of a normal business card I’m also trying to use as less material as needed.

Of course I’m looking forward to all the responses on my new cards. If you’d like to receive one by mail or speak with me about your business cards, don’t hesitate to drop me a line.
